Syringe adapter to fill cream tubes

This custom-designed syringe adapter facilitates the easy and bubble-free filling of 30ml tubes. Featuring a slender 0.5mm tip (slightly smaller for smooth insertion), it allows ample space for air to escape during filling. The adapter's 70mm length precisely matches the tube, enabling bottom-up filling to minimize air entrapment. Connection to the syringe is achieved via a secure pressure fit; for thicker creams or liquids, it's recommended to provide manual support to the adapter during dispensing. This design is optimized for use with larger syringes. The included Fusion 360 parametric design file offers effortless customization of dimensions. Please note that 3D-printed components are not certified as food-grade.
