Miniature Build Plate Cleaner or First Layer Test

Description
This is a build plate cleaner designed for people that mostly print miniatures on their printers. What it does is lay down two layers on the plate to show dirty spots or spots with bad adhesion. There are others out there, but they fit the full plate. I mostly print near the center of the plate, or on one small corner so these can speed up the process for anyone printing a smaller area and want to test fast.
I've added a small fingernail catch in the corner to help pull it up easy.
I've included .2 nozzle versions as most miniatures come out best in .2 and you may not want to switch to .4 to run the cleaner print.
Multiple size options are available to cover mini ranges up to 90mm.
I've kept the model square for the tabletop games that use square bases.
Tested on Textured Pei and Supertack plates. Will work on any printer.
