Description

IMPORTANT NOTE!!! - if printing the LARGE 4-battery holder (on a P1P, P1S, or X1C size machine), you will need to remove the initial purge line, or it'll get in the way of the print.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

There are 3 types of DeWalt individual holders included

  1. Flat Head screws (drywall screw or similar)
  2. Pan Head screws
  3. “Light” (bare bones, flathead screws)

There are 2 types of DeWalt multi-battery (2-4) holders

  1. Small batteries (5AH or less, and 1.7-3.5AH Powerstack)
  2. Larger batteries (6AH+, FlexVolt, 5-8AH Powerstack, and some older 2/5AH batteries)

These should be printed vertically, with a brim, and with supports as shown.  The print profile provided has the correct orientation and support settings. I printed with a 0.2 layer height, 3 walls, and 15% Gyroid infill.  I used Tree Supports with a Top Z Distance of 0.2 and a Top Interface Spacing of 0.2

I have tested the fit with all the different types of DeWalt batteries I own, and they all seem to work great!
