CMF Phone 2 Pro cover - optimised for 3D printing

Based on the released CAD file this is a rear panel that is designed to be easier to 3D print. 

My previous CMF Phone 1 cases went down very well, they even featured multiple times in the  CMF Phone 2 Pro keynote annoucement!

Compared to the original one:

Flatter back edges to avoid overhang quality issues.

No small fillets around holes, again to prevent overhang/bed adhesion issues

Chamfer around edge to avoid sharp corners

Screw holes adjusted

Camera lens mount part available to still use the adapter lenses

NOTE- Until my CMF Phone 2 Pro arrives I can't test fit this, so it may need some adjustments, though I don't see a reason for any major issues.
