Convertible Storage/Dice Tower with Tray

Looking for a convenient way to store dice, components, or other frequently used items? Maybe just something to have on the table to pull out extra token storage when playing board games? This is for you!

This storage tower has 2 drawers that slide out with each drawer able to split into 2 token holders for the table. Once you pull out both drawers, the carrying case automatically becomes a dice tower. The dice tower works with the front door open or closed. Sliding any drawer in automatically resets all the flaps internally and closes it up.

This model uses tongue and groove joinery with print in place hinges with tight tolerances. Download the file called “dice_tower_tester.stl” first for a small model to print to make sure that your ready to print this model. For Bambu studio users, the tester is on the 5th plate.

This version is an alternate version of my first dice tower which includes a pull down tray instead of the door. 

1/13/2026: Added a stronger print profile. You can mix and match if you want and use the lighter profile for the other parts and the stronger profile for the base only. 

Print Settings:

Wall thickness 1.2mm, 0 top layers, 0 bottom layers, 20% infill zigzag in this example (30% grid for bambu)
