Your likes and boosts are my motivation to update!!! Thank you~
This is an all-wheel driveno hardware neededmixer truck with shock absorption and a rotatable mixing drum, using 3rd generation optimized printing springs, offering a softer press feel than the previous version~ The overall installation is relatively simple!! (some force is needed during installation, and the 1.5 times larger version requires more force)
2025.6.24 Update:
1. Some users reported thatthe front and rear supports of the mixing drumwere difficult to install, so they have beenchanged to a snap-fitmethod (see the2 red circlesin the image below), and the corresponding slots on the vehicle body have also been modified!!
2. Slight adjustments have been made to themixing drum(slot widened by 0.16mm),vehicle body(widened by 2.4mm), andwheel thickness(7mm changed to 8mm) (The preview images will not be updated as there isn't much noticeable difference)!!
3. Changed to use the 3rd generation optimized printing springs~because some users reported that springs breaking and reprinting was time-consuming!!

The GIF below is the assembly diagram:
1. Insert the front support of the mixing drum (red part) into the middle slot of the vehicle body
2. Snap the mixing drum (yellow part) into the front support
3. Align the rear support of the mixing drum (green part)withthe mixing drum and the rear slot of the vehicle body, then press it into both slots
4. Snap the 4 wheels into the clips (press the springs under the vehicle with your fingers to prevent them from breaking if forced downwards)

Note: 1. Both PLA and PETG can be printed. It's best to understand the characteristics of these two materials before printing to avoid printing failures!! For example, PLA can become brittle if left for a long time or at low temperatures, while PETG has good toughness. Please choose the filament that suits you!!
2. If it's for younger children, and the parts are small and easy to disassemble, it's better to glue them firmly with 502 or other adhesives to prevent them from being swallowed!!
3. If there are no special requirements, please do not use your own advanced process settings for printing~ to avoid printing failures!!
If your printd part has local spaghetti, or the filament doesn't stick to the build plate, please recall if you touched that area (hands secrete sweat and oil, touching it has a very high chance of causing spaghetti) or if the build plate is dirty. The solution is to search online for how to clean a 3D print plate!! If other problems occur, please describe it in the comments section and add pictures, so it's easier for us to solve it~ Otherwise, I can't imagine the situation = =!!
