This model was printed on a Bambu Lab P1S with a 0.4 mm nozzle using two different filaments for best visual and functional results:<ul><li>Handle printed in eSUN PLA+ on a Diamond Plate build surface – this gives the part a textured, premium look and solid grip.</li><li>Blade holder and screws printed in Bambu PLA Metal on a Basic Textured PEI Plate with powder coating – providing a subtle metallic finish to the functional parts.</li></ul>Sliced with a 0.12 mm fine-detail profile for precision and mechanical reliability.<ul><li>Layer height: 0.12 mm</li><li>Wall count: 2</li><li>Infill: 100% (rectilinear)</li><li>Supports: Not required</li><li>Ironing: Enabled on top surfaces</li><li>Material: PLA+ / PLA Metal</li><li>Parts fit: Press-fit only, no glue needed</li><li>Printer: Bambu Lab P1S</li></ul>Screws are designed as a snug press-fit and hold securely without glue. All parts print cleanly and assemble easily for a fully functional folding shavette.
