Description

Hi guys, I'm presenting you the Minecraft Baby Panda!

It's inspired by the Baby Panda Mob from Minecraft.

scaled to 250% (as you can see in the pictures and in the mf model):

length: 6cm

height: 4,2cm

width: 4,2cm

I changed some support settings as you can see in the mf.file .

To ensure a really clean surface of the belly (picture 5) I used a technique invented by a german youtuber @Manbo3D,

using PETG for the connection between the support and the first layer of the supported model.

Since PETG has different characteristics than PLA , it doesn't really connect to PLA, resulting to a really clean surface.

Removing the supports will also be way easier than with normal PLA supports.

Important information:

  1. be sure to set the flushing volume from the black PLA to the PETG (support) to 750 to ensure a clean print. (In this picture it's from 4 to 2)
  2. After removing the PLA support, the PETG support layer will still be sticked to the model. Just gently remove the PETG layer with a knife or a sharp object and it will come off really easy (I used a cutter knife).
  3. Also ensure that you choose the right Filament (PETG) at the “support /raft interface” settings

If you don't want to use this method, just change the support settings to your own (or just reset the settings).

It really took me some time to model this Panda, so please ensure to give me a thumbs up to support me!

Thank you!

UPDATE [28.01.2024] : I changed several surfaces to paint the panda easier.
