Description
Sanding blocks for finishing sanding to correct paint defects in small areas (e.g., inclusions, drips, runs, etc.).
Suitable for self-adhesive sanding sheets from 3M / Kovax or Mirka.
Dimensions of the round block:
31mm * 31mm * 20mm
→ for sanding sheets from 3M, Kovax or Mirka
Dimensions of the square block:
33mm * 27.5mm * 20mm
→ for square Kovax Tolecut abrasives
Important:
To ensure adhesion to the sanding blocks, a Smooth PEI Plate should be used.
The side for the sanding sheets is the underside in the print file, because the smooth surface of the print plate improves the adhesion surface.
The blocks were successfully printed with PLA and TPU.
