10mm Neodymium Magnet Suspension

This print file includes a magnetic suspension that works with 10mm diameter neodymium magnets. It can be used either as a spring plunger or simply as a fun toy or magnet experiment. This model can be printed without support structures despite minor overhangs. How to use it? Insert magnets in such an alignment that they repel each other. Make sure the magnets are thick enough so that they cannot turn over. This can be easily achieved by stacking multiple magnets together. The more repelling magnets in the tube, the harder the spring is set. When enough magnets are in the tube, insert the rod completely and rotate it 90° counter-clockwise to lock the plunger. Then you have built a great little toy with magnets. Have fun.
