Filament Low-Temperature Heat Pump Drying
Print Profile(1)

Description
Employ a Midea basic dehumidifier (CF12BD/N7-DN) for low-temperature desiccation of filaments (continuous operation temperature approximately 35°C at 25°C room temperature), preventing damage from excessively high temperatures typical of conventional filament dryers. Theoretically, heat pump drying offers peak efficiency, maintaining relative humidity between 20% and 30%, thus satisfying filament drying requirements.
- The interface seamlessly integrates with the dehumidifier via a snap-fit design, while the air duct utilizes magnetic attachment for convenient storage.
- Once installed, the dehumidifier interface base requires no removal when not in use, leaving standard indoor dehumidification functionality unaffected.
- Activate the dehumidifier's continuous mode during operation to prevent automatic shutdown.
