Description
Description of LeRobot SO-101 Arms – Optimized for Bambu 3D Printer
This file contains the optimized 3D printable version of the LeRobot SO-101 arm components. The original model has been modified to minimize the need for support structures, which involved slight adjustments to screw holes and motor mounting features. To improve print quality and assembly efficiency, components were rearranged by categorizing followers and leaders into a common group, ensuring appropriate spacing and avoiding interference.
[Update Notes]
- Wrist Components Optimization: To overcome difficulties in achieving a clean surface finish, the wrist parts have been rotated by 45 degrees. Additionally, the build plate layout was arranged 'by object.' This setup allows the leader and follower components to be printed concurrently in two distinct colors with just one filament swap.
- LeRobotSO101v2AntiSeparation (Manual Supports added): As some users reported layer separation issues on the two long arms in version 12, manual supports have been added to this specific file to resolve the issue. Please feel free to use this file if you need the extra stability.
- 4 wall loops
