Description

Chart to show minimum internal temperatures (in degrees Fahrenheit) for various foods.

  • The official profile has 4 holes on the back for magnets with 10mm in diameter and 2.5-3mm thick. They can be glued in with CA glue, I used Loctite Super Glue Gel Control.
  • It is highly recommended to print with a 0.2mm nozzle so the text comes out crisp.
  • The model in the images was printed with HATCHBOX PLA White and eSun PLA+ Red on a BBL Textured PEI Plate.
  • We have also included a .3mf file without holes for magnets and the .step file if you wish to modify it to suit your needs.

Disclaimer: Data is from ThermoWorks: chef_recommended_temps.pdf (thermoworks.com). Temperatures displayed in the model are chef-recommended peak temperatures (food should be removed from heat several degrees lower and allowed to rise during resting) which are consistent with many expert sources for taste and safety. However, it is essential to always prioritize and adhere to official food safety guidelines and regulations. Cooking temperatures can vary based on specific guidelines set by food safety authorities in your region and temperatures shown in this chart should not replace official food safety recommendations.
