Griff Thetford C400 Cassette Toilet Replacement Part

3D-printed spare part (original spare parts no. 33 + 35 from Thetford) for the waste tank of the Thetford C400 cassette toilet. This component was precisely designed to replace a defective or worn original handle. This spare part for the waste tank of the Thetford C400 series is not available for individual purchase; therefore, I have reproduced it. The model is ideally suited for printing using chemically resistant, high-strength materials such as PETG, PETG-CF or ASA. I would not recommend PLA due to the temperatures in summer.

The screw holes are designed to allow the use of the original screws. I will add a version for longer screws to increase stability. I am still looking for the appropriate screws.

The downloads include the STEP and FreeCAD files, in case someone wants to make adjustments or divide the part differently on the print bed.

Please check material compatibility with sanitary fluids and stability before use. My PETG-CF version has lasted for several weeks and has already survived several emptying cycles. Not an original Thetford component – use at your own risk.
