Description
This is a hand-cranked fan, using a dual-blade counter-rotating design, a new attempt. Perhaps it can achieve greater airflow?
Model dimensions: 220*140*100mm, handle inner dimensions 65*35mm
Gear ratio: 1:4 (1 crank rotation for 4 blade rotations)
Blade size: 138mm diameter
It is recommended to use PETG filament for printing the fan blades, please refer to the GIF for installation steps, lubricant may be used as appropriate (WD-40 spray recommended)
Notes:
1、If there are many burrs after printing due to damp filament, please sand the rotating contact surfaces smooth with sandpaper.
2、Pay attention to the installation direction of the fan blades, the side with chamfered holes is important, the wider part of the fan blade (the one that touches the build plate) is the bottom surface!
3、Wind speed test is shown in the GIF below, please print as appropriate based on your physical strength and stamina.

Version v1.1 (2025/5/22)
1、Increased blade diameter to 138mm, airflow increased by about 10%
2、Modified drive gears to increase the gear ratio to 1:4
3、Due to the modified blade size, the blade spacing was also modified to accommodate it
4、Due to the adjustment of the conical drive gear size, the mating conical drive gear, fan shaft, blade spacers, and casing that were printed in v1.0 need to be reprinted. The assembly method remains unchanged
