Bambu Lab A1/A1 mini Extruder Motor Cooling Fan (combining motor cooling and Bowden tube protection)
Many existing models prioritize extruder motor cooling at the expense of Bowden tube protection, resulting in incompatibility. To address this, I have designed this 3D-printed accessory that combines both motor cooling and Bowden tube protection. It offers both cooling and protection—a win-win solution. This model is suitable for both the A1 and the A1 mini.
Required parts: Two black screws from the Bambu Lab repair kit; four M3×6 hex socket screws; a USB 4020 fan (I used a Qisu 8000 RPM fan for superior cooling); a 45° thermal switch (the thermal switch mount utilizes another author's excellent and easily detachable design (https://makerworld.com.cn/models/644842))
A 4010 fan version will be released later. Bambu users are welcome to print and use this design. Thank you for your valuable feedback. Any shortcomings will be addressed in future model iterations.
