3D Printed HIFI Speaker (3-inch Full-Range Speaker)

This model is a 3D-printed HIFI speaker using a 3-inch circular full-range speaker, optimized based on a 3-inch bass-reflex design template.

The sound is impressive, the print is simple with few parts, the various sections are well-designed, assembly is easy, and it's a very suitable option for HIFI beginners.

Features:

• External dimensions: 110*148*168mm, internal volume 1.8L, also the volume for this 3-inch full-range speaker; other similarly sized 3-inch speakers are also suitable.
• Front bass-reflex design, bass port opening 25mm, uniquely designed, length >95mm, similar to the recommended size, with minor adjustments made for the enclosure.
• The rear casing is sealed using screws and sealant, with a reinforced polygonal design, achieving a seamless enclosure.
• The rear audio terminal is embedded, using a terminal with a sealing gasket; fully sealed while greatly saving space on the back.
• The speaker has an embedded design, achieving a beautiful front panel while being 3D printed as a single piece.
• The enclosure size is perfect; an excellent desktop speaker; PLA or PETG printing is recommended.

Assembly Notes:

• Speaker wires can be soldered or plugged in; before installation, it is best to apply a layer of sealant tape, and use 4 M3 screws to fasten; tighten slowly to reduce leakage.
• When installing the rear terminals, ensure they are tightened, the wires are tightened, and the wire harness is not too long.
• Before installing the backplate, apply sealant to the corners and flat surfaces; apply extra sealant to ensure a complete seal (important); you may add sound-absorbing cotton (purchase separately), or not, using 6 M3X18 self-tapping screws (tighten slowly to prevent damage to the casing).
• All screws should be tightened slowly (too fast will generate heat due to friction, causing the screw holes to melt and become damaged).

Amplifier + Power Supply provided by yourself; I used the XH-A415 amplifier board, which is relatively inexpensive and the sound quality is acceptable, but there is some white noise (I'm not sure if it's due to my own setup).
