Dummy 13 Plate Carrier Vest

Here is my version of a plate carrier for your SWAT or military Dummy. I've included two versions depending on what you're in to. The first is a Police branded plate carrier with a flashlight, mags on the front and a radio on the back. The other slick version has a frag grenade on the front, mags, and then a radio on the back without any branding.

Bambu didn't like that I had a 100% profile on it own as it wasn't original enough so when you're resizing, to make 250% into 100%, just resize 40%.
