Description
This mosquito coil holder design, in addition to the conventional safety, fire prevention, and burn prevention features of a mosquito coil holder, and ease of coil placement and ash collection, critically innovates by incorporating a coil separator. This prevents breakage when separating coils. By inverting the lid and placing it flat on a surface, a coil is inserted (a foolproof design prevents incorrect placement). Pressing the base cutout against the corresponding position on the lid allows for easy and complete coil separation.
The coil support utilizes a piece cut from a commercially available coil stand. Alternatively, thumbtacks or paperclips can be substituted.
Due to a lack of alternative filament colors, this design is printed in black. We encourage users to explore various color schemes.
A1 mini printing is also supported.
A June 2, 2025 modification addresses a melting issue with the ABS lid; however, PETG or PLA may require increased height. The height has been increased by 6mm; users are encouraged to experiment.
