Vacuum Accessory Adapter

I have two vacuum cleaners, a 20 year old Kirby, and a 2 year old Eureka. The Kirby definitely has the better attachments, and is still a great vacuum cleaner. However, the Eureka is much lighter, and a LOT easier to empty.

I wanted to be able to use the Kirby hose accessories with the newer Eureka, but they were not compatible due to the size of the connectors.

3D printing to the rescue! Measure outside diameter of Eureka hose and inside diameter of Kirby accessories, and 20 minutes of design, and a couple of hours printing, a vacuum cleaner accessory adapter is born.

The connections are very stiff, knowing that the plastics will wear down over time and become looser.

You can customize this by simply altering the two diameters I mentioned for your own equipment.
