Description
Molecular sieve desiccants produce a significant amount of debris when they become damp. Therefore, the design goals of this tray are:
- Collect falling desiccant debris
- Fit snugly into the AMS bottom desiccant slot
- Not affect the use of the original bottom cover
- Be as thin as possible while maintaining print quality and structural integrity (1.2 mm sides, 0.6 mm bottom)
Postscript:
Is the fact that the bottom and sides of the bottom slot are not right angles an isolated incident, or was that the original design?
The new AMS 2 Pro no longer has a bottom desiccant slot, hopefully, this will still help users of the older models.
