Description

Spark plug gap measuring tool

Usage:

Simply slide the tool between spark plug centre and ground electrode and read spark plug gap value.

Printing:

It should work with any filament, I tested PLA and PETG. It is important to print with layer height specified in the profile to keep proper dimensions. Profile is configured for AMS, but you don't need AMS to print it with two colours, just set pause for last three layers and change filament manually.

Accuracy:

With Textured PEI plate I get about +0.05 mm with PLA and +0.07 mm with PETG (measured printed tool thickness vs project dimensions). You will get better dimension stability with smooth plate, but even textured PEI is quite good for what it is.
