Sleek and compact electric bicycle charger enclosure, conveniently stored under the seat

This is an electric bicycle charger enclosure I designed, originally conceived as a custom-fit replacement for my damaged factory enclosure.

This enclosure is 3D printed using PETG, with a layer height of 0.2 mm, consuming approximately 120 grams of material.

This enclosure may not be universally compatible with all circuit boards, so you should modify its dimensions as needed; for instance, adjust scaling or modify the original model dimensions. The top-mounted cooling fan is a standard 6CM fan from the original charger and is secured using standard M5X8 pan head self-tapping screws commonly used with computer case fans.

Feel free to develop and design your own variations of this enclosure. I've uploaded the original file for your use. My original design used acrylic glue for assembly, lacking screw holes or snap-fit features; feel free to incorporate these as you see fit.
