Description

This is an inprovment from a previous model I had posted here. Just minor tweaks in the design to make it feel and look beter. This version was designed spicifiacally to max out the printing area of the A1 mini. The model can be decreased to 95% and 90% respectivly all you need to do is print the appropriate Plate Thread and scale the model down uniformly to that size. I have also included a one part crown if you have one of the larger printers that can fit the entire crown in one plate. The gems are still a seperate part so no AMS is required.

 

To assemble the crown simply align one side of the plate with the side slot of the front part of the crown and secure it in with one of the screws. repeat that on the other side and then align the back of the crown with the same slot. Once the back part is aligned with the plate secure the back of the crown to the plate by using one of the screws diagonally from the previous screw. After that repeat the steps on the pther side. After that simply secure the crown assembly with all the eight screws.

 

To attach the gems to the crown I used double sided tape patches, but you could use any other method you wish to stick them on. 

 

Please note that the print profiles for the materials were made with the materials I had available to me. I do recomend using TPU as the main filament simply because it is impace resistant, but you can print this model out with any filament and any size.

 

Note : If you want to go smaller than 90% you can use the one model.
