Description

This is a custom-designed mount for the Garmin Varia radar, made to fit Giant TCR seatposts. The holder is installed without screws. While a threaded insert hole is provided, it's not required – the mount holds securely by friction, protecting the carbon seatpost from clamp damage.

📌 Key Features:

  • Designed for the Garmin Varia radar
  • Specifically shaped for Giant TCR seatposts
  • No screws needed – friction-fit design
  • Printed from PA-CF (carbon fiber-reinforced nylon) for strength and durability
  • Snap-fit mounting – no tools required
  • Safe for carbon – no metal-to-frame contact
  • Includes brims for reliable bed adhesion

⚠️ Note:
This mount requires an original Garmin quarter-turn interface.
You can reuse one from an existing Garmin handlebar mount, or order a genuine Garmin insert (available on AliExpress, eBay, etc.).
➡️ Printed inserts are not recommended – they tend to wear out, deform, or fail over time.

🖨️ Recommended print settings:

  • Material: PA-CF (recommended)
  • Also printable in: PETG, ASA, ABS
  • Layer height: 0.16 mm
  • Infill: 100%
  • Supports: Yes, depending on orientation
  • Bed adhesion: Brim enabled

📏 Fit is optimized for Giant TCR geometry. Friction-fit is usually sufficient – no extra hardware needed.
