Sound Ghost Disc God, Disc Beast, Part 2, Assembly-Free Print-in-Place Transforming Toy
Print Profile(5)

Description
Disk-Type Onis from Kamen Rider Kiva, Part Two
A nostalgic revisit to childhood国产老D assembly toys,
with no intention of purchasing authentic versions, the focus lies in fond memories.
Now, a superior alternative exists: 3D printing.
Achieving seamless, one-piece printing and transformation, eliminating assembly; print and play.
Joints boast remarkable tightness.
Transformation is possible from a circular disk form into an animal form.
Part Two features four designs from the TV series
5. Dusky Snake
6. Light Green Kite
7. Yellow-Red Lion
8. Blue-Green Frog
Note:
1. PETG filament is required for printing; PLA exhibits high shrinkage and insufficient strength, significantly increasing the complexity of the moving structure design.
2. To prevent loose joints, minimal clearances have been implemented. Testing with several PETG filaments revealed no adhesion or jamming issues, however, this is not universally guaranteed.
3. Newly printed joints may experience slight adhesion; forceful manipulation is necessary to enable articulation. A dedicated tool is provided to facilitate joint articulation.
4. Some models incorporate supports that require careful removal.
5. To enhance visual appeal, multi-color AMS printing has been employed, closely mirroring the original color scheme. Each configuration includes a monochrome version as a second plate.
6. Multi-color printing takes approximately 2.5 hours per model; monochrome printing completes within 2 hours per model.
7. Transformation sequences for certain models require attention; forceful manipulation might cause damage. Details are provided below.

5. Dusky Snake

Transformation Considerations:
1. The clasp is located at the indicated position. Unlock it before transforming the disc into an animal form.
2. When removing adhesion from newly printed parts, if the head is difficult to move, use the provided tool.
3. The snake body features several rotating joints that may be stiff initially; utilize the tool for easier manipulation.

6. Light Green Kite

Transformation Considerations (Applicable to #1 Crimson Hawk, #6 Light Green Kite, #10 Ink-Erased Crow, #13 Steel Hawk):
1. For disc transformation, press the legs to lock them with the wings. Bird form requires leg manipulation first.
2. When removing adhesion from newly printed parts, use the provided tool if the head is difficult to move.

7. Yellow-Red Lion

Transformation Considerations (Applicable to #2 Glassy Wolf, #7 Yellow-Red Lion, #11 Red Rock Lion):
1. The clasp is located on the back of the front legs, locking into the rear leg recesses.
2. For disc-to-animal transformation, extend the forelimbs initially.
3. Avoid manipulating the foreleg folding joints; first manipulate the rear leg folding joints.
4. After folding the rear legs, rotate the hind feet downwards. While slightly resistant, rotation is possible, enabling subsequent free transformation.

8. Blue-Green Frog

Transformation Considerations:
1. Newly printed frog eyes may be stiff; use the narrow end of the provided tool for manipulation.
2. Newly printed hind leg joints may be stiff; use the provided tool for manipulation.
