HO/OO Track Set Templates (10) - model trains

These templates allow you to set specific track radii when laying HO / OO model train track. The set provides the most common curves (9) used by model train hobbyists. A straight template is also supplied so you can make your straight sections really straight. All curved templates are labelled in inches (radius to the midpoint between the rails). The table below shows the midpoints in millimetres plus the inner radius and outer radius of each template. The templates are 16 mm wide and fit comfortably between HO / OO track rails.

• 54 inch > 1372 mm  (1364 mm - 1380 mm)
• 60 inch > 1524 mm  (1516 mm - 1532 mm)

The templates shown were printed on my P1S using a 0.4 nozzle, Bambu Matte PLA and the Bambu smooth plate. The supplied 3mf splits the set over 2 plates. Each template is 2.7 mm thick and hold the track firmly in position. The cutouts allow you to pin the track before removing the template. This set will help make your curves smooth, without any kinks and hopefully free of derailments.
