SteinTrack Mains | Modular Storage Track System (2x2 to 9x9)

SteinTrack is a professional-grade modular rail system designed from the ground up to bring precision, stability, and flexibility to drawer organization. This system introduces track-mounted bins that self-center, resist shifting, and make full use of every millimeter in your drawer space.

This release includes:
✔️ SteinTrack Mains from 2x2 up to 9x9 units
✔️ SteinTie connectors to link tracks into a unified, rock-solid fixture

 

What makes SteinTrack unique?

  • Bins rest on raised tracks, not the drawer floor—offering greater bin stability and alignment
  • Built-in self-centering geometry prevents rattle and drift during drawer movement
  • Bins can glide on the track when positioned on an angle making it easy to side them into position to drop in place
  • 20mm modular divisions are ideal for small tools, bits, and hardware
  • Optimized track design for minimal print travel hops and stringing
  • Optimized track geometry to save material and print time without sacrificing structural needs
  • Scales as needed by joining Mains with SteinTies—no glue, screws, or material intensive base plates required
  • Is designed to print hollow for an ultra lite high strength solution saving print time and material

SteinTrack uses a rail-and-bridge system designed specifically for drawers—allowing bins to be suspended, aligned, and stabilized from above rather than below.
This approach minimizes the need for magnetic bases, adhesives, or clunky walls to keep bins in place.

SteinTrack is engineered with real-world drawer constraints in mind.

The full project includes SteinTrack Perfect Fill—a filler system available exclusively through Patreon. It allows users to:

  • Snugly fit the grid to their exact drawer size without designing anything extra
  • Offset track layouts to avoid internal obstructions such as handle fasteners or account for drawers that can not pull out far enough for rear bins to be accessible
  • Eliminate drawer wiggle without modifying track dimensions
