X1C and P1S exhaust system kit, 12cm chassis fan modification exhaust fan multi-functional kit (applicable to 50 and 120 diameter pipes)
Print Profile(4)

Description
This kit primarily converts a 12cm high-speed case fan into an extraction kit. It can be configured into five distinct setups, utilizing ducting diameters of either 50mm or 120mm (one type suffices). This kit is not only applicable for expelling exhaust fumes from 3D printer enclosures, but can also be utilized for heat dissipation from computer hosts, and even for extracting soldering fumes. It has been pre-arranged onto plates
The fixed female base compatible with the magnetic interface has been updated and is now available, offering enhanced performance when used in conjunction! (Please search my homepage)

Overall components include: (Not all need to be printed; assemble according to your specific requirements)
- One 50mm magnetic air duct
- One 120mm magnetic air duct
- Two 120mm fan shrouds
- One 120mm to dual 50mm adapter
- One 120mm to 50mm adapter
- One 120mm to 90-degree 50mm adapter
- One 120mm to 120mm adapter
- One 120mm to 100mm adapter

- One 50mm suction nozzle
- One 155mm to 90-degree 50mm adapter (for mounting on window baffles)
The necessary hardware includes: (Zip ties can also be used for fastening)
- Eight M4*15 hex socket bolts
- Four M4*45 hex socket bolts
- Twelve M4 lock nuts
- Four 25mm diameter, 3mm thick magnets; (install only if required)
- Eight 10mm diameter, 3mm thick round magnets. (For the magnetic head)
Regarding the issue of single air outlets frequently failing during printing, here is a solution:
- Some users have reported that the air outlet model tends to fail during printing. I have re-optimized the model's base and added extra bed adhesion to increase the surface contact area. If you encounter any further issues, please inform me in the comments section
Important considerations:
01, Ensure that the intake and exhaust shrouds are not installed in reverse, as this will impede airflow velocity
02, A 220V to 12V high-speed case fan must be selected; a standard case fan is insufficient, as it will not provide adequate airflow
03, Hose clamps are required to connect the ducting and adapters; you may request a few from the vendor when purchasing the ducting (I used aluminum foil tape for fastening, which also works)
04, For connecting to a window, I opted for a dedicated mobile air conditioner window baffle (as shown below); you may purchase one online based on your personal requirements
05, Due to the wide variety of exhaust ducts and their varying weights, coupled with machine vibration, a single magnetic attachment for the magnetic air guide port is not recommended (tape can be added for auxiliary fastening). However, for the P1, a dedicated bolt-secured magnetic mounting bracket can be used (please search my homepage)
