🛠️ Needed:
- printed parts
- super glue
🔩 Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Stack and Insert Components
- Start by passing the screw through the hole in the enclosure piece (the outer base with the pivot point).
- Then alternate the components like this:
washer → blade → washer → blade → ... until all blades are added. - Ensure each washer separates the blades to allow smooth movement.
2. Apply Super Glue
- Apply a small drop of glue to the threads of the enclosure or inside the screw channel before final tightening. This helps prevent loosening over time.
3. Screw It In
- Secure the screw fully but don’t overtighten — the blades should rotate freely, like a fan.
✅ Features:
- Debossed size markers (long-lasting and print-friendly)
- Thumb flick ends for one-handed operation
- Compact and portable design
- Ideal for checking real-world print layer thicknesses
