Upgraded Sealed Magnetic Manual Filament Feeder, Compatible with PC4-M6~

I have a phobia of leaks, and I've tried many semi-automatic and manual filament feeders in the community. I'm still a bit worried about the sealing, and I feel that semi-automatic ones are not as convenient as manual ones, so I designed a reinforced sealed manual filament feeder.

Parts List

1、Seal: Outer diameter 16mm*wire diameter 1mm (inner diameter 14mm), one set requires 2 seals;

2、Magnet: Outer diameter 12mm, thickness 4mm, countersunk 4mm

3、Pneumatic fitting: PC4-M6 through-type;

4、Teflon tube compatible with 4mm outer diameter;

Printing and Installation Notes

For smoother thread matching, it is recommended to use a layer height of 0.16mm or higher; hole diameter: 8mm, with nut fastening. The seal has a compression design, and even pressure can completely insert it. If you are worried about seal falling off, you can add a bit of 502 glue after pressing in the seal.
