The size and the form of real cigarette useful for the quit smoking habit.
Each time I grab a cigarette from my pack I have many chances to pull out this fake cigarette instead of a regular one. This distracts me from the habit and in most cases, I just take this plastic thing and breathe through it instead of lighting a real cigarette. Smoking habit is something you do most of the time unconsciously and this device helps to break this cycle.
