Gridfinity A1/A1 Mini/H2D Series Nozzle Tray

A simple Gridfinity nozzle tray for A and H series nozzles using the Gridfinity Refined spec by grizzie17 on Printables. There's plenty of these already, but the last one I was using was developed before the release of the H2D and my H-series nozzles wouldn't fit, only my A-series nozzles, so I had to make a new one from the ground up, which was a good excuse to add a few small features, theres holes for M3x8 FHCS screws so the nozzles magnets can latch on and won't fall out even when turned upside down (you can adjust the holding strength by screwing it in all the way so there's a tiny gap between the screw and the magnet, but I prefer to have it screwed out a bit for a better hold,) there's a chamfer so the nozzles go in easy, and a little thumb pull for easy use on my Skadis/Gridfinity slider drawer system.
