X1C/E and P1S top glass raiser with air exchange
Print Profile(1)

Description
What is it for?
If you print a lot of PLA there can occure nozzle clogging, due to excessively warm air and insufficient air exchange. If you do not want to leave the door open or take the top glass away, you can use this top glass riser. It has ventilation holes on both sides and the top front. It can easily be opened and closed with the slider on the top.
I tried to fit the design to the printer and make it as slim as possible. It only needs 440g of filament.
Recommended material, PETG or another filament that can withstand elevated temperatures.
I have used PLA for my printing and so far have had no problems when the build chamber is closed and printing at an elevated bed temperature.
Assembling:
No need for glue or anything
If the dovetail are a little thigt, you can use a hammer with light tapping. but it should also work without.

check if the slider works

witt a little bending the front plate goes in easily

if the frontplate does noct go into the dovetail take a screwdriver and push it down throug the ventholes (slider open)

Hope you enjoy printing it :)
