Description

Please take a look at hardware reqs and other users' remixes for other hardware before printing :) 

This is a printable version of a well-advertised psoas and iliacus muscle release tool. I printed this in 35% infill Bambu PETG-CF. I am not a doctor / therapist - use at your own risk etc. etc. There are lots of youtube videos on how to use these :) 

 

BOM:

14x M3 heat-set inserts: https://www.mcmaster.com/92003A110/ (soldering iron recommended for insertion) (05/08/26 link switched to cheaper option)

8x M6 x 30mm SHCS (optional - only for weight so it sits upright)

10x M3 x 20mm SHCS

4x M3 x 8mm SHCS

 

The curved handle halves screw together first, then the foot and roller screw into those. Insert the M6s into the foot before attaching as the rear screw slots are blocked. The foot has some short 5.9mm bores so you can screw the M6s into the print and not have to tap that thread or glue them to keep them in place.
