Bambu Spool Filament Clip—AMS compatible
Print Profile(1)

Description
This filament clip is my design, created after downloading many others and striving for perfection. It solves several common issues with existing designs:
1: Many clips on MakerWorld claim AMS compatibility, but in practice, if the clip's outer diameter exceeds that of the spool, problems inevitably arise. The AMS repeatedly retracts filament and displays errors.
2: Other AMS-compatible clips hold the filament too loosely. Therefore, I've designed this version with a slight filament reverse bend, securely gripping the filament while allowing easy removal from the side.
So, give my filament clip a try—you'll likely find it quite satisfactory.
PETG is recommended for printing; its resilience is superior. If using PLA, avoid matte finishes. PLA or PLA+ are preferred for long-term, reliable use.
For PETG, I recommend the Plate 2 model. The pointed end has been removed to prevent stringing.
Note: When using this within the AMS, the filament clip must be placed on the right side of the plate (as with all filament clips) to avoid contacting the left-side limit switch.
No supports are needed for printing; bridging is entirely adequate for this small overhang.
