To complete one coat rack unit, youâll need:
đ¨ 4x 3D printed parts (2 brackets, each made from 2 parts)
đł 1x beechwood rod â 30 Ă 30 mm, length 950 mm
đŠ 4x 4 Ă 20 mm screws â to fasten the wood rod to the brackets
đŠ 1x M4 Ă 60 mm screw + nut â for assembling the upper part of each bracket
đŠ 1x M4 Ă 30 mm screw + nut â for assembling the lower part of each bracket
đŠ 2x 4,5 Ă 70 mm screws + Ă6 mm wall plugs â for wall mounting
All parts are easy to source from your local hardware or DIY store.
đ Assembly Instructions
Print the bracket parts
â⢠Material: PETG
â⢠Supports required
â⢠Infill: 15â30% recommended
â⢠Layer height: 0.2 mm
Assemble the two brackets
â⢠Connect each pair of printed parts using:
âââ 1x M4 Ă 60 mm screw + nutÂ
âââ 1x M4 Ă 30 mm screw + nutÂ
Prepare and attach the wooden rod
â⢠Cut the 30 Ă 30 mm wood rod to 950 mm (or any desired length)
â⢠Fix it to the brackets using 4x 4 Ă 20 mm screwsÂ
Mount to the wall
â⢠Mark wall holes using bracket slots
â⢠Drill Ă6 mm holes and insert wall plugs
â⢠Mount the rack with 2x 4,5 Ă 70 mm screws
â Thatâs it! A strong, minimalist wall-mounted coat rack â ready to go!
