Exhaust Emission Enhancement with Fan (Screen Connection Requires No Screws)
Print Profile(1)

Description
Existing community screen exhaust solutions lack a fan to accelerate exhaust, resulting in insufficient air pressure at the exhaust outlet, potentially causing exhaust fumes to be blown back into the room.
This design accommodates standard chassis 12CM fans and 89mm exhaust pipes. The fan's included 4mm screws can be used for diagonal fastening, and speed control devices can be purchased separately.

The straight pipe section at the end can be further extended with ducting to increase the distance between the exhaust outlet and the room. The absence of bends makes this design easy for beginners to print.
For the connection to the machine's exhaust port, you can refer to the designs of experienced community members, as they are already well-established and require little improvement.
Connecting an 80mm outlet to an 89mm pipe is easily manageable, simply secure it with cable ties.
The filter can be placed directly at or inside the pipe opening. If it feels loose, wrap it with a couple of turns of electrical tape.
A novice's design, hoping for your support.
