🪚 Mitre Joint Gluing Aids – 45° & 22.5° with Strap Guide

I designed these two unique gluing aids for my journeyman's project in the carpentry/joinery trade – and used them successfully (see photo). They are perfect for gluing together housings with mitre joints – in two different angles:

✅ 45° – classic mitre joint
✅ 22.5° – ideal for special shapes such as partial octagons (see image)

• Integrated anti-slip edge: The strap remains exactly in place when tightened

• Especially helpful with unusual shapes where normal clamps fail
• Optimal in combination with two people – for precise alignment and even tensioning

💡 Tip:
For an even better result, the inner edge can be lightly sanded to compensate for minor irregularities from the pressure and distribute the pressure on the housing parts more evenly.
