Trapezoidal Blade Holder

Holder for trapezoidal blades for removing silicone joints in bathrooms and kitchens

Dual function: Suitable for cutting into the joint and scraping/removing residue directly on the tile

One blade is enough for the entire bathroom! Very economical in consumption.

Absolutely stable and firm, no breakage of the holder and blade during work, tested over hours.

The blade is completely enclosed and held by PLA, better than other open holders with 2 plastic screws presented here

Only one screw! necessary, the blade is additionally held by inner studs.

Blade easily insertable and replaceable via screw

Do NOT change the print direction on the plate!!! Otherwise the blade will no longer fit.

Working direction when scraping joints: Screw head points DOWN (towards the tile)!!!

Printing: max. 0.16 thickness, supports, min. 4 layers, min. 50% infill with Gyroid

Required accessories:

• Trapezoidal blade, thickness=0.58mm, L=60.5mm, H=19mm, source Amazon
• M3x4 brass press-in threaded insert, to be hot-pressed from the top, flush with the surface of the blade holder, source Amazon
• Cylinder screw with slotted head M3x5-5.8, DIN EN ISO 1207 or GB-T67-2000, or similar, source Amazon

Have fun renewing the joints! Please wear gloves to avoid cuts. Blade VERY SHARP!!!
