N scale 85' smooth side passenger car - 60 seat coach
This is a remix of thing 5461476 on Thingiverse. Thanks @mrgimmeone for the great design!
I have coloured the car to match the Southern Pacific "Daylight" scheme, and Via Rail E-series “Blue Fleet” scheme. Feel free to colour the cars to your preferred scheme. If you do not have an AMS, you can still print this by pausing at the desired layers and changing the filament.
If you want to get the best results, I strongly recommend buying wheels and couplers, since 3D printing technology is not detailed enough to print these accurately yet.
These cars aren't super detailed, but they are realistic enough for me. There is no interior but I might add one in the future. Its worth printing cars for $4 instead of buying for $40.

List of Parts Needed:
- x1 body
- x1 chassis
- x1 roof
- x2 trucks
- x4 wheels (I strongly recommend buying wheels, it makes the car roll much smoother.)
- x2 couplers (I would also recommend buying couplers. I could not get them to print properly.)
- x2 coupler covers
- x2 diaprham
List of parts that need to be purchased:
- x4 33' wheels
x2 knuckle couplers - I would suggest E-Z mate type couplers like these.

Tools:
- hammer
- drill bit
- glue (I used tamiya cement)
Assembly:
- Attach the couplers to the truck, then glue the coupler cover on.
- Test fit the wheels to make sure they spin properly. Then, take them off so you have more room when attaching the trucks onto the chassis.
- Use a pin or nail to attach the trucks onto the chassis. You may need to drill the hole larger depending on your printer tolerances and nail/pin size.
- Once the trucks are secure, add the wheels onto the trucks.
- Test fit the chassis onto the body, then glue.
- Glue the roof on.
