Description

This is a center finder I designed to use hardware I had laying around rather than heat press inserts. I have lots of 6-32 screws and nuts for electrical work, so I designed it to use those.

The screws and nuts are all countersunk so they shouldn't ever rub on any finished woodwork.
Capable of finding center on items from 0.4" - 3.7"

While assembling I would recommend using a drop of Loctite on the threads, or else using locking nylon ring nuts, so that the screws don’t work themselves loose as you use the center finder.

If you print this please post a comment or upload a make. I love to see what I've designed helping others.
