Description

3D-Printed Screw Hose Clamp (80–120mm) – Now for 4" Hoses!

User-Requested Design – Thanks to makers, this expanded clamp should fits H2D printer exhaust systems* and other large-diameter DIY needs!

🔧 The Upgrade You Asked For
After the success of the 25–40mm clamp, this scaled-up version uses the same robust screw mechanism but for 4" hoses (80–120mm). Not yet tested on H2D systems – your feedback will refine it!

Key Features:
Wider Range: Adjusts 80–120mm (fits 3–4" hoses)
No Supports Needed – but brim is suitable
M12 Knurled Screw Included – Or use standard M12 metal screws
Optimized for PLA – better than PETG for this design

Critical Notes:
DO NOT USE for automotive, gas, flammable fluids, or high pressure.
Industrial clamps are safer – This is a prototype. Use at your own risk!
Cylindrical Surfaces Only: Ensure the hose is round where clamped – uneven surfaces cause weak spots!
Assembly Matters: The "house" block must fully seat into the band groove. Test-fit before tightening!

🔧 Print Tips:
Material: PLA recommended (better than PETG here)
Tolerances: Tight by design – may feel stiff initially
