【Notes】

【Purpose】

Primarily used to identify the effects of commonly used printing parameters on the current filament. Labels can record filament-specific information, such as: PA value, Flow Ratio, Hex, taboos, scaling ratio, etc. For new filaments, it is recommended to print a swatch card first. The printing quality of the swatch card can determine whether the filament needs to be dried or calibrated.

【Printing】

Since the swatch card directly reflects the quality of the filament itself, it is recommended to fully dry the filament and calibrate the PA and Flow Ratio (if necessary) to achieve the best printing quality for the most intuitive filament display.

【Label Support】

This swatch card supports Jingchen (NIIMBOT) 40*15mm labels. When installing the swatch card near the AMS, printer, or in direct sunlight, it is recommended to use thermal transfer/sublimation label paper to prevent discoloration at high temperatures.

If you need to write more content, it is recommended to use a thermal transfer/sublimation label printer (higher printing resolution, clearer text), such as: Jingchen M2.

【PETG Translucent/Semi-transparent filament】

Since the main purpose of the swatch card is to identify the style of commonly used printing schemes, it is recommended to use standard printing schemes when printing the swatch card.

Of course, you can also use ultra-transparent printing parameters to obtain a more beautiful swatch card for display~
