Features:
- 45 cm in width!
- Modeled for 12V/5V LED neon strips (6mm width by 12mm height max recommended)
- Clean channel design for smooth LED routing
- Mounting holes for easy wall display
- Optimized for fast and clean printing
- Includes connector pieces to attach the parts together
Recommended Settings:
- Layer Height: 0.25mm (0.4mm nozzle) OR 0.56 mm (with 0.8 mm nozzle)
- No supports needed
- PLA or PETG recommended
- Print time: ~3 hours total (3 plates)
- Auxillery Fan OFF to prevent warping
Assembly Guide:
- Print each plate
- Place a light layer of super glue on the inner walls of the connectors and place both ends of the parts inside until dry
- Cut LED neon strip to size (~1.9m of strip)
- Solder wire to LED
- Fit LED into frame. I like to place some hot glue inside to keep it in place.
- Hang it up using the two holes.
