Battery Puck 2.0
Print Profile(2)

Description
The original Battery Puck was a one-stop storage shop for most, if not all, batteries needed on the range, hunting, camping or just rattling around in the glovebox. It printed in 3 pieces, was 4" in diameter and I've had a lot of success with it. The downsides were size, and no spot for a 9v, which has been requested by multiple consumers. Battery Puck 2.0 addresses these.
- 12.5% smaller. OD is 3.5" instead of 4".
- Includes a 9v Battery slot. It drops the AAA count from 4 to 2. If requested, I can release a version that brings 2 more AA back in place of the 9v.
- Is a two piece print instead of three. Rather than printing an insert, the base is just one solid piece.
This design can be printed with no supports. I've printed it well with an .06 nozzle and .04 nozzle both. The only thing remaining after printing is a suitable oring. I'm currently using an 038 oring, which is a 1/16" cross section, 2-¾" OD. Any 1/16" oring between 2.5"-3.5" should work. This provides a watertight battery storage for a wide range of batteries common across outdoor devices.
Total battery storage is as follows:
- 1 9v
- 2 AA
- 7 AAA
- 2 CR123A
- 2 CR1632
- 2 CR2032

For you guys that have the ability to print TPU or are looking for a solution with a better form factor, I have a FlatPack that does the same thing, and it's available here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1519409-watertight-battery-flatpack#profileId-1592106
