Drybox Roller Spool Holder - Extra Smooth

Drybox Arm - Plug-in system with a shaft for quick spool changes has been added. The shaft is 90mm. It can be easily scaled in length if needed

On the eternal search for a SUPER SMOOTH roller with low resistance, I remixed various templates and built a suitable dry box roller for myself

The goal is to keep the filament roller as simple and easy as possible. It should be quick to print, consume little material, and unroll with as little resistance as possible
 

Required:
 2 x 608 ball bearings

1x PTFE connector (with nut)

1x suitable cereal box

There is a base for both round and square hygrometers as well as a base without a hygrometer holder

The roller rolls super smoothly. Partially even too smoothly. Depending on the PTFE tube diameter, the rolling behavior can be adjusted slightly

Quick to print and fits perfectly into common dry / cereal boxes

The two arms are simply inserted into the base

Update 1

I have reinforced the arms by a good 1mm. This makes the spool more stable in the box

Additionally, there is a BASE - 5mm, which is height-scalable. This should allow somewhat larger spools to fit into both boxes

Spool adapter for the plug-in system added. This centers the spool and allows for quick changes

Both common 4L boxes work. 

But I recommend using this box. 
This box is equally wide. The other box becomes slightly narrower in the front area due to a larger indentation/notch, which can then lead to problems with wider spools
