Bosch PHO 2000 Adjustable Planer Sled

A height-adjustable planer sled designed for the Bosch PHO 2000 thicknesser/planer. This jig attaches securely using the factory-made mounting holes—no drilling or modifications required.

Hardware Needed (not included):

• 8× M6 washers
• 8× M6 wing nuts
• 8× M6×40mm hex-head screws
• 2× M6×20mm cross-mount screws

This setup provides a secure, adjustable mount that stays aligned even during intensive work.

Assembly Instructions:

 1. Remove the 4 screws holding the factory metal plate on the back of the planer.

2. Attach the printed back plate: Insert 4× M6×40mm screws through the back plate (align with the holes as shown in the photo).

 3. Secure the back plate in place of the removed metal plate. Note: Pay attention to the red safety tabs on the back.

 4. Prepare the front plate: Insert 4× M6×40mm screws into the designated holes (refer to the photo).

 5. Mount the front plate to the planer’s front section using 2× M6×20mm cross-mount screws.

6. Attach the sled runners and tighten them with the wing nuts.
