Three-Light Pendant Lamp Ceiling Canopy/Mount/Cover

I needed a three-light pendant lamp canopy for our living room lamp.

Unable to find a suitable one, I created this model.

Requirements:

  • Robust
  • Easy to install (I hate lamp canopies)
  • Discreet ceiling presence
  • 250mm diameter
  • Space for three lamps
  • Wago compatible

I added a modifier with 60% infill to the center of my print profile to reinforce the canopy at this point. If you only download the raw file, remember to do this when slicing!

The three holes are offset by 120° and located at the outermost edge of the disc.

A suitable end cap seals the screw hole after installation and can be removed with a screwdriver.

I created small bridges just behind the cable inlets to secure the cables with cable ties.

In my case (IKEA HEMMA) this was perfectly sufficient and holds very well.

The internal stiffeners provide larger holes for sufficient cabling.

The canopy also has three slots for Wago 221 (5-pole) connectors. As I only had one terminal of this type left at home, I planned for 5-pole terminals but had to use 3-pole terminals.

This is possible under certain circumstances; please inform yourself on the best way to carry out your electrical installation!

I used the following model for the lampshades: https://makerworld.com/de/models/24650-pimp-your-pendant-lamp#profileId-21669

Many thanks to justinwille9666 for this great model!
