Description

Save your old Thermos 55 cooler (and maybe others) with some new hinges. This is my first go at print in place hinges, previously I had just used M3 screws to hold things together, but I thought this would be an excellent use case for print in place. These seem to be pretty solid, the tolerances are fairly fight. I'd suggest ASA or PETG for the print and I've uploaded both print profiles. I've also created a replacement spout if anyone needs that as well. The Polymaker teal ASA was nearly a perfect match for my old cooler, and it looks like their PETG would be too. The 55 quart Thermos coolers were around for a long time, so I'm sure someone will find these useful.

Supports on the bottom of the hinges are included in the print profiles, I've also uploaded models without supports.
